PRIVACY STATEMENT

Collection and use of personal data of clients, suppliers and other contractors

We would like to inform you that personal data extended will be collected and used where necessary to facilitate and fulfil a potential contract as formed with you. This applies to our (potential) clients as well parties from which we purchase materials and/or services.

As our (potential) client, we will utilise your data to provide you with a quotation, to determine which specifications or wishes a specific matter or service must comply, to provide you with services and/or products, for invoicing purposes and to enable efficient communication concerning the implementational aspects of a contract.

As our (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also required for the formation and execution of the contract. For purchasing, this is necessary to communicate the specifications or wishes to which a certain service or product must comply, to provide a quotation request or place an order, to pay an invoice and to enable efficient communication regarding other aspects of the contract.

You are not obligated to provide us with your personal data. If you do not provide (sufficient) personal information, however, it is possible that we are therefore unable to execute the previously mentioned activities.

Transfer to third parties

In connection with the execution of any agreements formed with you, it is possible that we are required to provide your personal data to third parties for the provision of materials, components and products or fulfilment of works. We utilise Microsoft Office and corresponding storage options for emails and other files. With the use of a newsletter mailing service, your personal data will also be extended to the provider of this service.

Direct marketing

If you grant permission to do so, we will store the personal data provided by you and utilise this in future for personal email contact with information of our existing and new products and services and to extend special offers. Upon each moment of contact, you will be presented with the opportunity to withdraw your consent and request cancellation of abovementioned contact via the unsubscribe link at the end of each mailing.

Retention period for personal data

If you have requested a quotation but have not become a client, your data will be retained for a maximum period of one year following our last point of contact. Likewise, if we have requested a quotation from you or your firm but have not become a client, your personal data will be removed one year following our last point of contact. If you have joined us as a client, we will retain your personal data for a period of seven years following the end of the financial year in which our contract with you was completely fulfilled. The period of seven years is in accordance with the obligatory period as set forth by the tax office. Your personal data will be removed after this period.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data. If necessary, you may request your data to be adjusted or corrected. You also reserve the right to have your personal data removed from our records or to limit the use or your data. You may also object to the gathering and use or your personal information or submit a complaint to the Dutch data protection authority (Dutch DPA). You may also request receipt of your personal data or transfer of the data to a third party. To exercise your rights, please contact:
