Our welding department works with Siegmund hardened and coated welding turntables specially developed for Stainless Steel. With the standard clamping systems, we rarely require custom welding moulds. All individual components are affixed to the table with the click system to secure them during welding and prevent distortion. This prevents additional alignment.
Barrel finishing, plating, perforation, staining and glass bead blasting combined with welding, turning, milling and assembly is our specialty. This department collaborates closely to enable a quality product in line with the client’s specifications.
