Downtime in our Milling Department has been reduced to an absolute minimum with 0-point tensioning systems and extensive computerisation. We want to avoid redundant conversion and get straight to milling. With our state-of-the-art machinery, we are able to continue production 24/7. Large products with deep chambers are highly suited to our machinery. With horizontal metal cutting, the trimmings fall from the product immediately which results in a 20% reduction of equipment wear and cost savings.
Robotic loading provides low-labour singular and batch production, 24/7 with night production for reduced overhead.
