What will you be doing?
As a TIG Welder, you will work on high-quality stainless steel components for industries including food, packaging, and high-tech. This primarily involves single pieces and small series—not assembly line work, but true craftsmanship. Your responsibilities include:
- TIG welding of stainless steel components based on technical drawings
- Performing laser welding where necessary
- Preparing and cleaning components prior to welding
- Independently setting up welding equipment
- Checking dimensions and visual quality
- Assisting with assemblies and final mounting
You understand materials, master your equipment, and deliver work you can be proud of.
Autonomy and responsibility

We are looking for a craftsman or craftswoman who:- Has experience with TIG welding (stainless steel)
- Can read technical drawings
- Works accurately and in a structured manner
- Always prioritizes quality
- Is willing to obtain certifications (such as ASME or EN-ISO 9606)
- Fits within a close-knit team with short lines of communication
Experience with laser welding is an advantage.
What we offer:You will join a stable and modern company with excellent employment conditions in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) for Metal and Engineering.
Employment conditions
- 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (reduction of working hours)
- Collective closure during the summer and around Christmas
- Flexible start time between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Paid overtime (by mutual agreement)
- 1 hour of break per day (3 intervals)
- Salary according to the CAO (scale depending on experience)
- Indication: €2,700 – €3,800 gross per month (depending on experience)
- Pension scheme via Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek (PMT)
